- Ground ivy, five-finger and sunburst root: These three ingredients make a greasy ointment.

- Corenroot: Produces blood essential for the healing of cuts.

- Flatwort Tea: Clears the head and dims the burn in tired muscles.
- Andilay Root: Alongside Flatwort Tea, Andilay Root is the best remedy for fatigue.
- Foxtail and Marisin Tea: Drink weak, also relieves grogginess.

Poisons
- Peach-pit
- Forkroot: Forkroot tea induces sleep and inhibits channellers from channelling. Forkroot affects channellers much more strongly than those who cannot channel and for that reason the Seanchan use it to detect and capture channelling men and women. In light doses forkroot can render a channeller unable to channel to their full potential or stop them channelling altogether.
- Grey Fennel
- Crimsonthorn Root: It tastes sweet, in large doses its paralyses and causes a slow death.

- Whitefennel: Helps with a difficult childbirth.
- Heartleaf Tea: An effective form of birth control, this must be consumed before one lies with a man.
