The World of the Wheel

She has the typical Saldaean bold nose and tilted blue eyes and short brown hair cut into a severe style from her square jaw along the line of high, pronounced cheekbones. Her skin is the colour of caramel and smooth although she is not yet old enough to have developed the typical ageless appearance of the Aes Sedai.

She is not tall but neither is she considered to be short.  Her figure is generously curvy with a full bosom, wide hips and a full middle; most men would describe her as homely.

Born into a simple Saldaean family, Zera had a happy childhood, happier still when she was summoned to the White Tower as a young girl, with the spark; it was a family ambition to acheive the shawl.  Tower life did not break her, though it could never be described as easy and she was swiftly raised to the rank of Accepted and then to Aes Sedai.  Most recently she has been raised to the rank of Sitter; despite their staunch attitudes, the Red Sisters are hopeful that a young and fresh opinion might save their Ajah from collapse.
